Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read and fully understood these t&c’s before booking any appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged.

Failure to arrive on the day of your appointment without notice will result in being charged full price for the treatment.


This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and clients. Cancellations in less than 48 hours are extremely difficult to fill.

Lateness Policy

If for any reason you are running late to your appointment please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We work very hard to schedule the correct amount of time for each treatment and accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting other clients scheduled on that day.


Please be aware that in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be carried out that day. Lateness of 10 minutes or more will require rescheduling your appointment and the treatment price will be payable in full.

Children, Pets and Accompanying Adults

We have a strict policy of no children or pets in our clinic due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and ensuring the highest levels of health and safety.


We are a small clinic and request that you do not bring anybody with you to your appointment. If you require someone to accompany you to your appointment, please let us know in advance.

Treatment Suitability

RM Aesthetics will always assess whether a treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If a treatment is not suitable, or likely to be successful, we will explain why. 

There is no guarantee of a satisfactory or pleasing result. RM Aesthetics provides an excellent service and uses their experience and the best products to provide the best possible treatment result.

A ‘top up’ anti-wrinkle treatment may be offered at RM Aesthetics discretion but this should not be taken as an expectation.


We want the best results for our clients, however, we are also very careful to manage expectations during the initial consultation. We will not go ahead with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results that can be achieved through that treatment.

Personal Belongings

RM Aesthetics cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions whilst on the premises.

Client Obligations

By booking a treatment with us, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or older, are legally able to make purchases and you are not ordering on behalf of someone else. You agree to use your legal name, address and date of birth and to supply any other details reasonably requested, such as your medical history.

You confirm that you are not suffering from any condition that requires immediate professional medical attention.


RM Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides RM Aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. RM Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, RM Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Any adverse issues relating to facial aesthetics work undertaken at RM Aesthetics needs to be highlighted and reviewed with a face to face review consultation within a maximum of six months since having had the work done.

Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit RM Aesthetics liability for death or any personal injury resulting from RM Aesthetics negligence.


All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Gift cards

All gift cards are redeemable with any treatment at RM Aesthetics via this website.

To redeem your gift card, enter the code during the checkout process.

Gift cards do not expire and can be use multiple times until their balance is fully utilised. Gift cards can not be "topped up".

If you don't know how much balance is left on your gift card, please get in touch with us.

RM Aesthetics is not responsible for ensuring that recipients make use of their gift cards.
